LAND BANK AUTHORITY HAS TWO PROPERTIES FOR SALE

The Douglas-Coffee County Land Bank Authority has two small residential tracts of land located in Coffee County for sale.  

The first property is located in West Green, Georgia. Parcel number is W002 030, less than 1 acre (50’ frontage, 135’ depth), just off HWY 221, on Dundee Road, Lot 3, Block 66. Or to request a form, call 912-389-3432 or email ghenderson@cityofdouglas.com. Offers to Purchase should be placed in a sealed envelope, plainly marked (Offer to Purchase, W002 030, Attn: Land Bank, Georgia Henderson) and delivered to City Hall in Douglas, located at 224 E. Bryan Street. Sealed offers will be received at City Hall, located at 224 E. Bryan Street, Douglas, GA up to December 1, 2020@ 10:30 A.M., at which time the offers will be publicly opened and read for the purchase of the property.

The second property is parcel number D022 041, less than 1 acre (26’ frontage, 122’ depth), located at 606 East Ross Street. Those interested should place an Offer to Purchase.  Please follow this link to download the Offer to Purchase form, https://www.cityofdouglas.com/273/Properties-for-Sale.  To request an Offer to Purchase form, call 912-389-3432 or email ghenderson@cityofdouglas.com. Offers to Purchase should be placed in a sealed envelope, plainly marked (Offer to Purchase, D022 041, Attn: Land Bank, Georgia Henderson) and delivered to City Hall in Douglas, located at 224 E. Bryan Street.  Sealed offers will be received at City Hall, located at 224 E. Bryan Street, Douglas, GA up to December 10, 2020 @ 2:00P.M., at which time the offers will be publicly opened and read for the purchase of the property.
